Our lawsuit is for the purpose of suing Coggins & AZDOM. We will focus on that and that alone. Have you considered that if it weren't for Coggins, we'd still be on NASDAQ? Just think what would happen to MAXAM or GPGI if Coggins started on them. I shudder to think. This lawsuit will also eventually tell us who all these naysayers are being paid by. Ally

Chuca, listen to your wife, women's intuition men lack. My wife was saying today...if IPM rises...blah blah blah... If IPM does rise out the ashes and move forward, then I will do what I always planned on doing. Sell 1/3 of my shares and invest into other threads. Sell 1/3 of my shares and invest into the WMA8. Hold 1/3 of my shares long term of 3-5 years. I decided that the WMA8 was a good way to go because Chuca was one of the 8, and I was able to find out in an unorthodox and somewhat cruel way, but with good precision, if Chuca was a good person that can be trusted with my money. I simply had my Private Box open, had a couple easy talking back and forth conversations with Chuca. Took some info Chuca gave me and presented it in a way to the IPM thread that only Chuca would reconize. Chuca saw this as me violating his trust. And what did Chuca do, exactly what I hoped he would do. Chuca sent me a flaming private message, an intensity that caused my private mail box opening to weld close. One way to discover a persons true intent toward you, is when you first meet this person and don't really know if his extenal self is the same as the internal, is to suprise this person with something to cause them to get very mad at you. What they do next is the internal, the stuff that they really are made of. Chuca's message to me, no decoder ring was necessary. Very few threaders on this thread know of the clarity and precision that Chuca can post with. Awesome. So, if my ipmcf shares can be exchanged for something that my local bank will accept, then I will take the 1/3 and give the money to Chuca, and say to Chuca, go west not-so-young man, go west and dig holes in the desert dirt. Since I live near Chuca, when he returns to Boston, I will wait for him to come off the plane, and check to see that he has desert dirt under his fingernails. Doug
