David & Zeev:
I started feeling like the "Lone Ranger" out here. Sorry your both on the sidelines for now. I do not find fault in your logic. This stock has gone dormant for now or until the financials are published. I did come across some interesting news on this stock.

INOTEK TECHNOLOGIES CORP. DIRECTOR AND CEO FILES SEC
FORM 4

WASHINGTON, DC, Jul. 13, 1998 (States) -- David L. White of Dallas, TX, a Director and
CEO of Inotek Technologies Corp. (SYMBOL: INTK), accumulated 393,700 shares for $.81
each on June 24, 1998. David L. White currently owns 2,178,500 shares. A Form 4
reporting the transaction was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July
06, 1998.

The Chairman of the Board: Neal E Young also filed a Form 4 and accumulated a like amount on the same day. Possibly some kind of bonus or ????????? who knows. I still wait for more info on the financials.

Best to both of you.

Jon
