AMD Option Plan Sure would be nice to be in a profession where people are beating your door down to come to work for you. If I remember right, AMD was going to start issuing options at 50% of market to employees. Does anyone know the details of this plan? It had better not be just for the top execs. I've worked at one company that had this type of a plan and it is a great way of tieing employees down. You give them the stock with restrictions on their staying employed and assuming the stock doesn't go down another 50% the employees have a strong incentive to stay. Anyone know if this is in place and how the employees feel about it?
