I am sorry for once again going off topic here, but I really feel that insulting, and making mean and unfounded allegations against someone who does not have the ability to defend himself, is done by a very small and cowardly man. I would like to point out, that judging from Ken M's past post, he does not strike me as an evil person, who would wish harm to come to anyone, as relayed on one of his last posts, in which he stated he would risk his life to help and protect Ms. Shell, if she was in trouble. That doesn't sound like someone wishing any kind of harm to come to anyone, including someone it appears he doesn't like very much. I would also like to point out that Mr. marcos continued posts in which he refers to Ken M's post as a direct physical threat, has no basis in fact, compared to what Mr. Ken M posted. In the post, Ken M stated that he received info that the listed location was a business address, in which Ms. Shell, and several others, where illegally manipulating BB stocks from. Mr. Ken M further went on to state that if anyone could find out the name of this business location, he would in turn, turn the information over to the proper authorities. As a matter of fact, not once in that original thread did Mr. Ken make any reference to the fact that the information posted was indeed Ms. Shells home info. Now go a few posts after, and you see that is was Ms. Shell herself, who refers to the business adress given out by Ken M, as being her home address. Then after that Mr. Ken M, makes a joke out of the situation, which I consider to be in bad taste, yet in no way comes close to a threat, or any suggestion of threat to Ms. Shell. All KenM did was post Information that he believed was a business address, which Mrs. Shell posts that it is not a business address but rather her home info, and after such, mr. Ken M is terminated from SI. Also since you continue to post that this was a personal threat when neither I nor I am sure anyone on this thread felt compelled to do anything Illegal To Ms. Shell, after the release of her home Info. One can only assume, that in YOUR mind, that had someone posted home information about someone who you had been having a disagreement with, that you in fact would use such information illegally, against said person, so your continued calling of the post a direct personal threat, does not show you in the best possible way. Another question comes to mind, how can anyone be sure that that was indeed Ms. shell's home address and phone number, maybe it was Ms. Shell, and friends with SI, to have a way in which to silence Ms. Shells biggest adversary. Another question maybe it was Ms Shell herself who sent Ken m the PM, using a different name( like she did a week ago when she went and signed up for a 30 day free trial, then came on EDII's thread with an alias close to her same in which she posted a sarcastic remark about "Yea go to the moon EDII"), and then fed Mr. Ken M this info on the illegal manipulaation going on there, and knowing how he would react to this info, suckered him in to doing something that SI could interpet as violation of there terms of service, and be able to kick of several of the ones, who apparently did most of the positive DD on EDII, something to think about, and after seeing Ms. Shell and SI in action, I wouldn't put it past them to do something like this.
Once again, it is clear that some people are given special treatment on SI, while others had better not deviate 1 inch from the terms of service. Marcos, who has in the past, posted of his friendship with janice, comes on and makes five straight posts, in clear violation of SI's terms of service rules. In these posts, he has used obscene, vulgar, and abusive language, in clear violation of the rules, and on his last post he used what is very much a libelous statement concerning the reputation of Mr.KenM, in relation to his job as a Police Officer :
Do I own any EDII? ... are you joking. What would I want with bulletin board paper that needs threats on the internet from some bullyboy San Antonio cop to pump its distribution cycle?
Again I see that marcos does not yet have a grip on the english language, so I will repeat myself, publishing a number of what he was told to be an illegal business location, is in no way. a threat directed to Ms. Shell.
Something directly related to this was a statement made by Mr. KenM, and I will repost for your, because judging by your last few posts, I feel it may be asking a little to much from you to have you try and figure out how to go back and read the post:

PS. Again another assumption on your part, not backed up by any evidence, how do you know he is a San Atonio Police Officer. I have read his posts, and profile, and though it does say he is a policeman, he doesn't say which Dept. he works for, are you possibly privy to some personal information yourself, or are you just assuming?.. |
