Doing outside reading about this and competition in the industry will usually get you more air time with the company, they will respect the fact that you have taken time to do some of the research yourself to become acquainted with their company. It saves time too.

O. K. then. on due dilly..I guess it's only fair then to ask:

What exacly is a shelf registration? Isn't that on off shore thing?Or (I think it may be ) more like for acquistion purposes? how can you get a feel for how many issues are out on a stock... I was recently burned on PTEL..Thought I knew the shares out..knew some were issued for acquistions, but certainly never expected to be burned as bad as I was..If we're gonna talk DD here..HOW DOOS YOU KNOW THE SHARES OUTSTANDING..
