I've waited up to an hour after a trade for a message a trade was done. Then it takes a whole day to update my account. That's if the web site is working.
Just go to an online brokerage forum if you want more complaints. Bigger is not always better.

I have been with them since 96 May.They have improved 10,000%.The other day they notified me that they made an error and refunded to my accnt.This has happened several times,and every time it was my gain.
Iam talking about several Gs.I like them very much.I belive they hold the future on on line trading.If this stock don't have a future than
I have no clue what does.The chances are that I will sell at the open and buy back at the dip.
