CFO Leaving
Yes, the departure of a CFO is always a negative. I've been burned twice in the last two years by not selling when CFOs left suddenly. The timing of this departure is interesting: Between quarter end and earnings release. I've been watching and waiting on Adaptec for awhile, and there is no way I'll jump in now, before the earnings come out.

(My guess right now is that we may see the first loss in about 13 years. Let's see.)
