If there were no competition then Cisco would be trading at 300. There's always competitors - they exist in every sector Cisco is in. This is not news. Cisco has consistently gained market share in the key sectors they target and they have continued to meet or beat market expections quarter after quarter. That's why Cisco is at an all time high while BAY, COMS, ASND, and others (LU not included) are all trading at fractions of their highs.

Still, I must say you have me bamboozled. WHat is your position exactly? Are you bearish on Cisco due to the current market conditions? These conditions have existed for years for Cisco. Cisco has always had competition and due to their excellent sales and marketing organization they have consistently gained market share. SO, the question is, what's different now. Is anything different?
