Ben
Thanks again for the Max_Pain info
Max_Pain being 25 while MU closed at 29 3/16
will give Max_Pain a good test.

My trading is done on a probability basis.

What do you think is the probability of MU trading
at 25 some time during this coming week ???

Can you give us any insight how Max_Pain has acted
in past times ? On any stock ?

Larry Dudash

An alternative option analysis

Hi, Max:

I have found your max-pain option analysis very original and
interesting. Using an alternative analysis, I reach somewhat the
same conclusion as yours. Using the July 10 trading data, I look
at the series with the largest volume/open interest ratios. These are
the Aug. 27.50 and 25.00 puts. Also, I use a five-day charts with 15
minute intervals. Barring unforseen announcements, the stock looks
like ready for a correction this expiry week.
