Political turmoil will perpetuate Japan's economic recession which will reduce expenditures which will reduce Intel's revenue from Japan. This effect ripples through the rest of S.E. Asia and will also hurt Intel - until, and if, the other countries can pull out of their slump and decouple from Japan. When that will occur - I can only guess. Paul
