With all the talk about Microsoft entering this market, should an investor be concerned that Microsoft might do what they have done in many different areas of the software market, steal talent? If you can't beat them, or buy them, then lure some key talent away with HUGE packages of cash, stock options and perks. It works on Wall Street and it has been used by many successful software or hardware companies to compete or enter a new market.

If that were the case, would everyone still play down the MSFT entry as not competitive enough to matter?
