IBAH - absorbed by OCR Omnicare Inc (NYSE:OCR) buys IBAH (NASDAQ:IBAH) in stk deal Reuters, Monday, June 29, 1998 at 19:31 COVINGTON, Ky., June 29 (Reuters) - Omnicare Inc. said Monday it has completed the previously announced acquisition of IBAH Inc following the receipt today of IBAH shareholder approval. IBAH stockholders will receive .1638 of a share of Omnicare common stock for each share owned of IBAH common stock. As a result, Omnicare expects to issue about 4,296,000 shares of common stock in this transaction, which will be accounted for as a pooling of interests. Omnicare's stock closed Monday at 36-7/8. The geriatric pharmaceutical company has 82.88 million shares outstanding. IBAH Inc. comprehensive product development services to client companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and diagnostics industries.
