Dear Mr. Risk,

I only have one question for you.
Are you in a short position on TAVA?

I think the board has a right to know.

I know you shorted ACLY. You honestly stated so on that board.
So honestly state your position in TAVA.

John

C.R.
I looked up the word remediate in the New World dictionary and
lo and behold there is no such word. S.I. spell checker also
does not recognize this either. So technically you are right and
thus no one does.
TAVA identifies the problem and suggests a remedy and can par-
ticipate in the correction of the problem by ordering and replacing
the defective part or system if the contracted so desires.
So easy to get insulted.
Mark

Dear Bill: Its the WAY you say it. In the case of remediation of the microprocessors, I believe you want people to think that was some kind of weakness in TAVA. Rather than the whole purpose is to find and replace not remediate them. JDN
