eleebee, the term "remediate" is used by most (if not all) Y2K companies. Here is the definition:

remediation (rŒ-mˆ'dˆ-ƒ'shen) noun
The act or process of correcting a fault or deficiency: remediation of a learning disability.

I'm 100% correct ... not just "technically"<g>!

BTW, I agree with your post: "TAVA identifies the problem and suggests a remedy and can participate in the correction of the problem by ordering and replacing the defective part or system if the contracted so desires."

I was trying to correct a common misconception regarding TAVA's capabilities ... it is C.K.Houston's post that is incorrect!
