Ed, I have not written about management, I have written about floorless instruments. And these are difficult to interview.

Ed:

For what its worth, I agree. We have to get back to basics.

We really have to focus on whether HEC has a credible, developable story, and whether management has the capability to turn it into reality, and whether these two things can make us some money on the stock.

If the analysis of the financings is important enough to have been the subject of so much discussion, and to have been the tool of doomsday predictions, but NOT important enough for the person most vociferous about its detriments and most versed in the various potential dire event hypotheticals to speak with the Company, then IMHO its time to get on to something else.

Steve

You got my vote. Oops! Do trial members get to vote?

There is already an SI thread set up to discuss floorless convertibles.

See Floorless Perfered Stocks.
