Good grief, Al, now you're starting to sound like Riley....

I don't think you are chartered nor qualified to make such a determination and the chances of an amateur making a mess of an attempt to do so and getting innocent people hurt is too high IMO. Get some sleep, Al.

We all now the answer to your question, but the nays don't want to fess up and put it in print.

Yes, the SEC will investigate the GRNO people concerned to see if they are linked to any other scams or frauds being committed against shareholders. Let's say in that a certain alleged GRNO fraudster was hyping the stock with the insiders so someone could dump shares at a higher price and pocket the money for all concerned. Now let's say the certain alleged GRNO fraudster has other deals in place to tank stocks after OTHER admitted short(s) have done their dirty deeds. Now the alleged GRNO fraudster and other SHILLS are working to not hype a security up, but to tank it and receive some sort of benefit from the shorts. It's exactly the same game, but played backwards (short market). I think that this alleged GRNO fraudster will be investigated further to see if he or they are in collusion with others outside the GRNO market.

Just as the nays and shills have said that RMIL BOD can not be trusted because RMIL was halted for 10 days, the SEC by filing a civil lawsuit against the presently alleged GRNO FRAUDSTERS are REALLY saying that these people can not be trusted and those people with evidence against them should come clean, before the alleged GRNO FRAUDSTERS work out a deal and turn them in!
