You have publically hyped RMIL, TVSI, CTAE, MGBA, AWLT and LOCK on the threads and each of those went down after your hype. Presumedly you owned shares in most of them, therefore your hype of them was tied to a vested interest in them.

You now have stated that you owned no TVSI at the time you were actively hyping it and in touch with people from the company who were feeding you information. If you did not at that time own shares, what was your motivation in recommending the stock to your "private" list and hyping the stock up, was it so that you could short it or were you given cash in lieu of stock?

How is it that on the threads you posted that you have several trading accounts and you save all e-mail to your hard disk, yet you tell the SEC that you have only one account and don't save e-mail ?

You've made quite a few conflicting statements regarding TVSI.

>>Also for the record, I knew nothing about PRIOR TVSI and or RMIL mergers, as I did not even own TVSI during the run up, as I had sold for a loss some months prior to the blatant MM run up from .03 to .30 and back! <<

Travis Industries (OTC: TVSI)

Bid. .0275
Ask. .0325
Vol. 385,000

A very private rumor has it that a major private company is reverse merging
into TVSI and the stock price could rocket to .50 to .75 in two weeks or so.

Could be a good short term play until RMIL reopens.
Just Pure Speculation and rumor....................

Morrison,
I won't deny me & Riley are friends....I think TVSI was a great find and I bought in @ .0325. I was going to increase my position by another 100K shares this morning but it ran to .25. Riley held tight for some sell-off. I figured not too many guys bought in @ .0325 and those of us who did we're holding. I bought 10K @ .25. I had orders in all day and picked-up more @ .15. It seems Riley made the better call by waiting after those big A.M. buys.
Why is it guys like you can't compute that we can think for ourselves....that 10K @ .25 will be 10K @ $2 in no time.
Rileys my man and we've slayed some dragons together, but I'm my own man.
If you think guys are stupid enuff to take stock tips from a boxer and a psychic....fine, you carry that cross. I'll stick with suggesting guys do their own DD.

They could ask those on the RMIL thread about my email last month about this stock.

Never buy these types of stocks at the market.
Set limit orders to buy or when you sell.
Others and I waited for the pull back to buy more today.
We know the dirty little games that they would play.
This one still has a LOT of play in it as the game has just begun.
Also be advised that the MM's watch the SI threads and play upon your posts.

I will be interesting to watch th MM and their afterhours trading!
Riley G

PS. I still own every share of RMIL that I ever bought and in name form (certificates)

That's multiple email address to my own internet domain and not different ISP's.

All mail sent to psicop.com comes to me. Since I have many stocks and other business ventures, I set up different email folders to break down all email that comes into my site. This makes my job of reading it much easier.

RMIL has not been delisted, as the halt ended without incident and the paperwork for resumed trading is being processed. TVSI will fly, as well as RMIL.

You may want to look closer at TAVA.....it appears the company may be
making claims it can't substantiate , it's a stock Ron Reece has been
hyping along with GRNO & RMIL , of course at RMIL he's playing the ney
to negate his hyping of GRNO and TAVA.

Message 5165549

I hope the SEC looks into TAVA too and Ron's ney buddies , this appears
to be a tightly knit group.

Riley,

I suggest you be very careful here.

You are drawing much attention to yourself in your attempt to defame and slander me.

You were hyping the stock of a company which had no assets, no demonstrable or innovative technology, and issued news releases no less misrepresentative and fraudulent than RMIL.

I and many other GRNO shareholders traveled to Charleston, SC to do our diligence(over 75 separate individuals). We may have made mistakes in uncovering any liabilities, but you are claiming that each and every person that did so is equally guilty of this alledged fraud.

So to make the analogy, each and every RMIL shareholder is responsible for the apparent fraud that has been perpetrated by RMIL management.

And that includes you Riley. I have one more lesson for you to learn. You're actions seem those of a man who knows that he may have possibly violated one or more statutes of the securities law himself and wants to distract attention from his actions.

The more you engage yourself in the GRNO issue, the more attention you draw to yourself.

You have accused me of alledged fraud with regard to GRNO. You say I hyped this stock and fooled 2,400 different shareholders, including myself and my wife, into believing the company had substance when in fact I alledgedly knew it was a scam.

But now you protest my Naysaying activity with regard to another company, WHERE I WAS OPPOSED to the hype surrounding this stock. If you go back to my original posts I purposefully stated that I would only rely upon publicly available information, or information that has been confirmed from numerous sources.

I came out to warn shareholders of the risks they were taking in raising the red flags at SEC through this internet chatter, but no one listened. I stayed mainly because of you Riley and to inhibit your propaganda and disinformation campaign.

RMIL is no less responsible for misrepresentation to the public market than GRNO has been. And you have NO IDEA just what the authorities are up to, so don't be foolish and claim the 8K satisfied the SEC and that their satisfied. (ie: don't throw rocks in that beautiful glass house of yours). You might be surprised.

Regards,

Ron
