T.G.W. I don't think he is rusty at all, BIGRED's posts have by far been more informative and provided more insight on various issues than all of yours put together on this thread. And here you go again asking someone to do your homework. I tell you what. To save face on this thread, why don't you call the company up or send an email and ask if the company after being fully reporting is going to be a OTC:BB or NASDQ. This is just one simple question. What is your basic problem? Your relentless attack on this stock is ridiculous. What are you trying to prove? We all know the inherent risks? Move on man. You ask the same redundant questions. Either call the company, the SEC, or whomever you feel you need to call and get on with it. Your presence here is obvious.

GLOW has always been upfront about which exchange they trade on, every one of their press releases states: (OTC Bulletin Board: GLOW), unlike some other shady companies which will print things like NASD BB -what is that?, or NASDAQ BB, correct me if I'm wrong, but there is no such thing.

Is GLOW still going to be an over the counter BB or listed on the NASDQ? Just out of curiosity...why do you constantly change the subject? We were talking about "fully reporting" not stock market listing! Which kind of fully reporting company will GLOW be? That's like asking, "how pregnant will she be?" You're either fully reporting or not fully reporting. There aren't shades of gray here! More smoke and mirrors or the truth? How about a press release telling the stockholders?
