John Ke or Glenn,

There are separate posts here regarding SEC filings to sell by Baker and Taylor--as I understand it, one of Amazon's book suppliers. These two filings together, if they are not overlapping, would account for 350,000 shares; at ~$100 per share, we are talking $35,000,000. I don't recall why it was that these shares were given to Baker and Taylor, but it seems that it had something to do with database access.... Could someone please elaborate on this. I am perplexed by a THIRTY-FIVE MILLION DOLLAR PAYMENT for the use of/access to a database. I'm sure I must be mistaken. Is it possible that Amazon uses shares to purchase books from Baker and Taylor? This is all very interesting/confusing. What kind of accounting/expense nightmares are we getting into here????

Thanks,

Lee
