Did everyone notice what happened to CSHC today. It's a shell that is going to be bought out by another company. It is a practice that is going to be very common under the new law that will be passed governing the otcbb stocks. The stock symbols out there that are floating around will either be bought out by companies to take their place. or will be delisted. The brokerage firms that offer the stocks will need to have up to date financial reports on these companies. much like the nasdaq and nyse.
An example would be if I own XYZ stock. I lose money and go bankrupt. I tell another company that XYZ is still listed and offer to sell the rights to the ticker symbol. The other company buys the XYZ symbol from me and "insiders" start pouring money into the company. After a good solid base is built, the new XYZ company comes out into the public and XYZ is now a brand new stock. It's those people that invested in XYZ before the company went public that will make a pretty penny off of it.
These practices will not occur, once these new legislations are passed against manipulation of otcbb or pink sheets.
The point I'm trying to make is that CHES is one of only few companies that is obviously out of business, but is being bought out by an underlying company. A release of the new company is going to happen. If you don't believe or agree with my thoughts, just ask your self why there is continuous accumulation of this stock, since early March...if this company has been out of business since 1995.
