I found another interesting post over at raging bull.... MMs walking the price down in preperation for the news this week. I just want to reiterate that Daniel cannot sell restricted shares and profit personally from it. You cannot sell restricted shares!!! They can trade hands and must be registered as a "sell" by the SEC. Because he registers to sell doesn't mean that he WILL sell, it just means he has the opportunity to do so. The trading of those shares he's done in the past has been done for services rendered to individuals who are bringing large institutional buyrs into EDII. By the way, the 10% stock dividend we will recieve will NOT be restricted. News out very, very, VERY soon on the ACQUEREN deal being closed.
