MB Trading ... hmm Went to have a look at the MB Trading thread here, not much talk about the trading company - I guess that can perhaps be taken as people are satisfied - i.e. not complaining. Have you been with them long? And still happy? I don't short that often, matter of temperament, so I don't need Datek for that.

This morning within minutes of the opening I put in an order which showed up in my messages but didn't show up in daily activity or open orders for at least 5 minutes. Since it had not appeared in a reasonable amount of time I put in another order. Well, the first order finally appeared and I tried to cancel it. No go. It executed and when the second order finally appeared I tried to cancel that one. Nope. It was also executed. There's just no way to trade in the first 30 minutes on Datek and that's unacceptable. I also avoid using market orders whenever possible. I find that limit orders get better execution. ...tai
