In other words, they've sent a proposal to PRWT suggesting they contribute xx,xxx,xxx free trading shares or $xx,xxx in exchange for a pump & dump opportunity on their show. I'm sure Mr. Schmitz is smart enough not to do that, but perhaps someone should call and remind him anyway. Let the company grow itself and we'll get plenty of free publicity on legitimate TV programs in good measure. I'm not saying Emerging Companies isn't a legitimate opportunity for a company to promote itself. Haven't seen it, so I can't comment on it specifically, and if it is made VERY CLEAR at the beginning of the show that this is a 'paid promotion', I would be less leary, but still question the need for this kind of publicity at this early stage in PRWT's life.
