Bob,

not to seem stupid. Have you tried calling gary. He's not the best with emails but I always get to talk to a real live person when I call.... I agree on your points. Many people have been having problems with access. I have not been affected but am still using beta userid and password to download data...

Sean

The call is quickest way. There was a problem that lost a few names/passwords But they thought they got them. It is a happy family, but no one should go without data. Let us know where problem lies? You choose a manner of download, if it was internet, you use that not both because of pricing.

Robert -

We just turned on the password protection on qp2 last week. It turns out that some people who have passwords that are less than 8 characters long, can't get through on their systems.

We tried your password several times, and it always works here. However, there are some systems where it just won't work. It's a Microsoft thing, we just discovered it and will issue new passwords to those who are affected. In the meantime, the password protection has been turned off so that everyone can get in.

We never had this problem on our r1 web site at PSI. However, the new web site has this problem.

Gary
