Anyone else unable to get into SI from a bit before 5:00pm through 7:30pm EDT or so? Actually, just now got back on. Stopped trying for a while.

All sorts of other places on the net were fine. But SI was total Server Not Responding.

That would be good news but, I think those figures may have come from GTE (ironically). In its campaign to influence the EC and DOJ to prohibit the merger, at one point GTE argued that MCI's internet business was worth $4B. Its motive was to argue that the C&W sale wasn't enough by definition of being valued at $650 Million.
