Roger,
I am sure that most people here have been burnt by scam stocks. For you to assume that most of us are naive and ignorant is EXTREMELY ARROGANT.

If you would take the time to do some due diligence you might learn something. TGSK does not fit your typical scam stock profile if you look below the surface. Polaris did not sign a distribution agreement with a phony company.

I am sure everyone invested in TGSK will be become very cautious soon enough if the SEC filing doesn't come soon or earnings aren't as the company has projected. It really doesn't need your help.

I know you would love to see this company go into the toilet so you can get an ego boost. Just don't hold your breath.

Why don't you write Bob Moody of your concerns?

Mr. Trash........
Your name speaks for your credibility.
Why would someone who only has 3 chances to make himself heard(not a permanent member of SI), and has no vested interest in the stock(at least thats what he says), choose to take the time out, waste a post, and warn others of the scam that he thinks is existent in a particular stock.
Mr. Trash, im not going to give you the pleasure of trying to convince you why TGSK is in fact a real company. What im going to do, however, is rebutt every single claim you have made(with facts, not bull).
First of all, i have to say that i dont believe your intentions here at all.
The reason i say this is because you are not only ignorant, but you make dangerous claims, that you really dont know the consequences of. Imagine someone who is long the stock that sells on your recommendation. Two months later, the stock is up to 5(hypothetically). They missed out on a double, because you made some unsubstantiated claims(im gonna give you the benefit of the doubt that you are not a scam artist).
Second, because you personally are inexperienced in investing your money and have on numerous occasions lost money in bb stocks(as you say), what gives you the leverage or ability to judge this or any other stock? Certainly, you are unqualified to give anyone an opinion. As you say, your track record speaks for itself.
On that note, let me begin with your 8 points, that you took the time to list for us lost souls.
1. Non Reporting Status - for no apparent reason.
Let me fill you in on some facts. TGSK has only been trading now for about 6 months now. When exactly did you think they were gonna be reporting? on the 2nd day of trading? Wake up buddy, to get
reporting status you need time and proper paperwork in accordance with SEC laws. Obviously, the company has taken steps to pursue that status, in a short 6 months of trading history.
2.Heavy, heavy company sponsored promotion.
Oh yes, Colin is running around like a chicken without a head looking for a few good men to promote his company. And yes, one more thing he is doing all this while the earnings are growing on a sequential basis. I wonder how he manages, i wonder if he ever sleeps?
Any promoters out there? yoohooooo? Mr. Trash is calling your name.
Sorry, only an echo.
3.Foreign Operations - Difficult to Verify.
Explain this to Warren Buffet when he invested into McDonalds. Dont they sell burgers in China, Russia, Mexico, South America?
Dont the Europeans use Viagara too? Wait a minute, Pfizer is a fake i tell ya. They got bogus sales all over the world.
Are you for real? Does the word MULTINATIONALS mean anything to you?
4.No real independent board.
You mean you expect the company to generate great earnings, do a heavy promotion, prepare an audit, file for listing, and hire an independent board within 6 months?
You sure are demanding.
If you take out the time to read, and forget your past losses with other bb stocks, you may learn something.
Mr. Moody??? does the name ring a bell???
5. Talk of shortsellers.
No talk. A reality.
As you may or may not know, we have accounted for most of the available float in tgsk. When you get an average of 500k trading on a daily basis, the stock certainly must be created from somewhere.
Furthermore, most of us here have found it difficult to get delivery on our certificates, because the clearing houses are having a hard time getting the shorts to give back the stock, they shorted in the first place. Believe me, the SEC is investigating the shorting activity as well.
6. Ever increasing shares outstanding...despite a buyback.
Well most of the additional shares were due to small financings that were done at 2 different points. They have generated enough cash flow to increase sales, and build a new factory. If you ask me, its the best stock ever spent. Tgsk went from having almost no cash to a substantial cash position. Grew the sales enough to be able to get the financing in the first place. Doesnt that mean anything to you? Do you think that any bb stock can go out and just raise money upon request? To be able to get financing is a major stepping stone by itself.
7.Way to pretty EPS projections...for too far out.
And this is a bad thing? Last time i checked, good projections was a positive thing. Somehow you seem to turn things around. Maybe this is why you cant pick a winner? Just a thought.. A basic lesson in finance. >earnings=good. no earnings=bad.
8.Talk of manipulation by market makers.
We go from 5 mm to over 20 mm in a heartbeat. You think these are all honest, reputable, and respected businessmen? Either you dont understand the bb market or you just think a stock can trade 2 million shares a day with an available float that is almost non existent.
And the list goes on and on........
The only list i see here, is a list of your ignorant and foolish claims.
Before you open your mouth, think, read, evaluate....then speak.

Your effort to manipulate the truth is unsuccessful.

I wish you much luck.

Brodway.

I appreciate your concerns, but I beleive them to be unfounded in the case of TGSK...as for the points you made:

1. There is a tremendous cost involved in filing Edgar documents..when my Company went public we spent about $1.6 million dollars on filings fees, accounting fees, lawyers fees, printers costs, etc. It is also a big step to take, one which needs to be followed through with each and every quarter. So far it seems that this has been a close knit company focused on building their business. My guess is that they will need to hire someone to start writing and submitting the Edgar filings or else incur the expense of having the lawyers and/or accountants do it.
2. Often times an institution will not even consider investing in a BB company (most have it written into the Mutual funds charters, etc.), so the only way to get the word out is to sponsor promotional materials.
3. Doesn't warrant a response.
4. Remember Moody?
5. Every stock has it short sellers. So far they seem to have been able to keep the stock down with negative talk and bogus postings, but when the financials are announced and the company becomes a reporting entity, all of that will change.
6. Good point, there has been no clear answer as to the share increase.
7. All good company's make projections on earnings and EPS a long way out (with little exception)...difference is that they most often do not share this info with the world. I think perhaps they made a blunder there because now people will expect them to meet those figures, but they seem modest and there seems to be no reason why they won't meet or exceed their projections - especially if they continue with the growth they have enjoyed in recent quarters.
8. My personal belief is that the market makers are toying with he stock keeping down artificially. I suspect that they are responsible for the large short position as well. As soon as the shorts start covering, look out!

As always, before investing, people should do there own DD, but I believe that they will not be disappointed with TGSK.
