I agree it also looks suspicious. But let's be logical about this.

Firstly, he is under a microscope right now personally. If he did do anything illegal with WARPF in his selling or potential buying, he probably would be picked up immediately. Unless he has disguised it real well, which is possible! But it was very high risk and might not be worth the chances he would be taking! He would have got a some type of a rise from WARPF just on the recent news.

Secondly, maybe the company, in a great PR move and by some luck, coincidentally timed the good news soon after the Banks departure on purpose, to get is much bang for their buck as possible. They have made so many bad PR moves, especially dealing with Banks involvement, that finally they turned the corner and piggy backed great news stories, one after the other as a way to get a huge lift.

Either way evaluate WARPF on the numbers, when they are all published. And forget about that jerk! The sooner we distance Banks from WARPF the better!

Let WARPF be profitable to us all, now and in the future!

From a very burned past investor in WARP 10,
Steve

I'm in with that scenario. Canadian securities authorities would have to investigate and they are about as corrupt as the Nigerian Government.

Definitely something fishy. In my opinion Dishonest Jack Banks is laughing all the way to the 'Banks'.
