Al: RE: the convertible debenture

What's your view on the theory that the 90 day restriction on the convertible debenture expires in mid August and that may be a low point for the stock price?

thanks yet again,

tom

Jeff,

Y2K stocks will fall, imo. why?

Wall Street implemented some of their computers for dummy trades
yesterday setting the date as 12-29-99. If they do not crash Thursday
watch out for Y2K stocks.

In March of 1999 this test will be performed market wide !!

PS, Have you tried it on your own computer? I did and no problem.

Joe PTG&LI !!!
