This is an absurd comment.

Where are you from, France?

Have you ever heard of the concept of 'innocent till proven guilty?'

Any bozo (you don't even have to be a lawyer) can file a lawsuit. And unfortunately, many of them do.

The fact that bozos freely file lawsuits says much more about the state of our legal system, than it does about the defendants in the cases, about which the lawsuits prove absolutely nothing.

And btw, a potential 7/8 loss vs. an upside of, say, at least $5 inside a year, is a much better risk reward profile than what you describe.
