Hi Beebs, Welcome back! Just read the new filing from top to bottom twice. Not only does it not worry me, but look at the exclusive license agreement that was signed with the extension for audit verification due to CCI's failure to provide the audit material in a timely fashion. It gives TSIG the exclusive on CCI's trademarks, musiccards, and other intellectual property for 10 years with guaranteed continued renewal every 5 years hence... for a royalty payment of 1% of NET income from internet sales. IMO, I think Robert Gordon just made an excellent deal... perhaps better than the first one. Anyone see anything I might be missing? This is a signed deal so it shouldn't affect the website launch at all. Technically, TSIG may not "own" CCI, but defacto they do because of the exclusive license. And with this deal, none of CCI's possibly negative "baggage" is brought over to TSIG. Best always, Marty
