Ben,

My guess is a short rally will happen then a drop. I think they (insiders) slipped when Goldman announced an offering in the fall. What better time to have an offering than in the middle of a strong rally. I think that the fed will play their role in causing public selling at the right time.

Its interesting to see how the elite uses its instruments such as the federal reserve. I guess its not public knowledge that the federal reserve is a private corporation not a government operation. My economics professors forgot to tell us. Proof of this can be found in the courts. The Fed has been sued when employees are in car accidents with non-employees. The U.S. government can not be sued for this type of situation.

P.S. R. Ney announced that he will be ending his newsletter in May, 1999. that's too bad since he has been light in the darkness of the wall street jungle.
