Rarebird, I share your belief that if the litigation cloud continues to improve that the relative valuation (and stock price) will do similarly. Just for clarification, the "Street" is the brokerage houses and they are the ones with the Buy or Outperform ratings. Money managers are their customers (mutual fund companies like Fidelity or pension managers or individual investors) and they are the ones that own the stocks and in the end control the stock price destiny.
