SpinCo -- Three Hundred Million to Two Billion to One Yahoollion. I think "Switches R Us" has much bigger interests than SpinCo. However, when I first heard of this maneuver, my mind swung towards it's newly arrived sister, Bell Canada International. At the time, they had just announced the $2B sale of their British C&W assets. The funds were to be redeployed in new business ventures. However, after a little due diligence, my enthusiasm was tempered by it's existing partnerships. biz.yahoo.com I think it's early to rule out anyone (except maybe the Fjord Dwellers). IMO, SpinCo will undergo multiple major partnerships, alliances and metamorphoses before it reaches it's contemplated destiny. Why not Sprint PCS for round one? nf
