Also, is anyone concerned about WCOM P/E ratio ~520 ?

That number is artifically high due to circumstances surrounding the merger. More accurate is the projected PE based on FY98 estimates, which comes to about 60. Given the further estimates of 110% earnings growth for FY99, this is if anything a bit undervalued.
