I hate to admit it but I have to agree with PhilT. Sheesh, this news is not news. "An actual excerpt from a proposal" We were told contracts were a done deal months ago. Proposals are a dime a dozen. They mean nothing unless they are in serious negotiation and even when negotiations are underway they mean nothing unless there is an agreement to close the deal. This is all beginning to look like a song and dance routine. A proposal is nothing, its like a suggestion. I once believed that PLFM was way out in front, all alone. What is this nonsense? I remember when this was a ten cent stock. I don't see that we have much more (product) than we had then.
