The alliance with Disney, Starwave, ESPN etc will be huge for the future. Content will be decisive and SEEK will have content ! Just read this:

ESPN Internet, a unit of The Walt Disney Co. (NYSE:DIS) soon to be folded into the Infoseek Corp. (Nasdaq:SEEK) navigation hub, said it inked a deal to continue producing the official Web site of the National Association of Stock Car Auto Racing.

ls33...Thanks for your input..What kind of money making capability does Starwave appear to have in your estimation?....Even though SEEK is the owner of Starwave do you think they will have much leeway to enter into contractual relationships with other companies, or will they be bound to SEEK's control (or a combo of both)?

Earnings on 23rd...I thought I saw posted the 21st...Anyone know for sure?
