Although I do not know much about WAVX, it seems to me that they are in fact in the same type of business (to a point). However, I think MAXX's products seem to be more advanced then WAVX (I could be wrong. I have just started looking into MAXX, and find new things every day.) MAXX's system not only has the different type of purchasing options, but also has a marketing research system built in. This allows users of their net based version (and possibly others) to follow, plan, and record input from what each individual customer is buying. This allows a company to directly market a product to particular groups that have proven to be interested. It seems to me to be much more advanced then that, but I don't know all the details. Check out the product descriptions on the web site....they seem to be pretty sophisticated, yet easy for a client to use. JMO Markus
