Lets see, once contracts are signed it will be four to five months to get the first manned plane operating, eight months after that to get the autopiloted plane up and running. Total of 13 months. Whole system in place by september 1999 would put contract signing 13 months before september 1999. Looks like July 1998 to me, unless Brazilian govt redtape slows things down. Still worth waiting 1-2 months to turn 48 cents into $4.00 or more IMHO. Been in PLFM for 6 months now. I'm not going to try and time this one. News of contracts could come at any time in next 2 months with no warning as the company is tight lipped and professional. Do yourself a favor. Hold on and buy the dips. Kevin A.
