American Interactive Media and InterVU Team to Bring ComedyNet to Tens of Thousands of
Simultaneous Internet Viewers

Agreement Includes Future American Interactive Media Programming

NEW YORK and SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 21, 1998-- American Interactive Media, Inc. (AIME) (OTC BB: AIME; aime-inc.com),
an innovative provider of Internet services delivered to televisions and a developer of digital content and entertainment networks, has entered into an agreement with
InterVU (NASDAQ: ITVU - news)), a network enabler for video and other rich media. Pursuant to the agreement, InterVU will manage and distribute all of the
Internet streaming video programming, including live broadcasts and video-on-demand, for ComedyNet and other innovative programming created by WebFeat,
Inc., AIME's content production and programming subsidiary.

ComedyNet (http://www.comedynet.com), AIME's 24-hour network of original, cutting edge programming, is the initial beneficiary of the relationship. The network
is designed to showcase the best comedic talent in a variety of forms, including stand-up, sketch, animation and improvisation.

InterVU will deliver programming via its proprietary distributed Network. The InterVU Network is comprised of Delivery Centers that provide robust, scaleable
Internet video and multimedia management solutions to significantly increase Web site performance and end user experience. Using the InterVU Network,
ComedyNet's video on demand and live broadcast content can be simultaneously viewed by tens of thousands of customers. The agreement also calls for InterVU
to leverage its online advertising expertise to consult and support AIME's advertising sales.

Mark Graff, President of American Interactive Media, commented, ''What the InterVU agreement helps to put in place is the technology and infrastructure for
AIME's networks to reach a mass audience. Leveraging the distribution strength of our partners, we are now in a better position to attract a broad range of high
profile advertising to our networks.''

AIME is developing a variety of additional 24-hour streaming video Internet networks. InterVU will manage and deliver on-demand video and multimedia content
for each of the networks as they are rolled out. AIME's long- term plans for its networks include a multi-phase migration distribution strategy to broad band, cable,
digital cable, satellite and other interactive platforms.

''We are excited to be working with such an innovative company as AIME,'' said Ed Huguez, COO of InterVU. ''We are looking forward to contributing to their
success by assisting AIME in delivering compelling content to the widest possible audience. AIME has developed a unique migration strategy for its networks.
Unlike most content companies, AIME is developing content and brands on the Internet with the intention of expanding them to other distribution platforms. We
look forward to growing our relationship as they launch new networks.''
