We could all take a vacation to beautiful Belize with our PRWT profits and then get John to get us a hook up via our VIDEOPHONES so we could watch the Rosario/Horse/Goat vegas wedding live from Belize. Then while the brides are exchanging their vows, I could access the market through the AWS website and short Rosie's favorite stock BICO as we all sip Pina Coladas, which were made from a fine recipe provided by Lucky Charms...

Hello prwt thread I'm here as a trial member and am in the process of tying to get a # of questions answered that might make me feel more comfortable increasing my position in this company. I'm sure alot of you are more informed than me and might be of assistance and that others might be interested or be able to guide me in the proper direction. I E-mailde the CEO via the web page link the following questions. 1.What is the current share situation? I have heard their are 750 million authorized and 160 million shares outstanding. A. Can you please give me to the best of your ability an accurate total. B. Would you please tell me how I can contact your transfer agent 2. I have heard that most of the rest of your shares are restricted. Can you tell me A. How many shares are restricted B. what are the restrictions C. how long are the restrictions in place 3. Can you tell me what your exact deal was in acquiring Access Wall street. How many shares where issued to AWS and what where the terms ect. Could these issued shares be entering the float now? 4. From the june 11th press release "The pass-thru certificates totaling $10 million being issued to fund these loans have already been placed in the secondary market, subject to final documents. The final documents and language will be in place by the expected October closings. Once the first wave is accomplished, PanAmerican expects to issue more certificates to fund the estimated $150 million plus in mortgage money needed in Belize alone." A. what is a pass thru certificate? B. what does it mean that the certificates where placed into the secondary market? C. Who where they issued to? 5. .From the july 8th press release "The government of Belize has backed the program and investors have committed to fund $10,000,000 in mortgages monthly beginning immediately." A.who are the investors? B.where is the 10 mil coming from? 6. How are you planning on gaining control over your large amount of shares? 7. What are your plans for the stock itself. ie. Continued bulletin board listing or possibly Nasdaq? 8. What are your plans to increase shareholder value. 9. Can you please give me some history as to your CEO, what companies has he been involved with, how and when prwt was formed ect. 10. Is their a name or symbol change planned for the future and if so when? 11. What is the need for an office in Las Vagas? 12. Who is Affordable Housing Group,Ltd? what is the history of your relation to them? I havent received a reply as of yet however I spoke with John(CEO) Briefly earier and found that out of the 750 mil shares authorized approx 160 mil where public.140 mil where reserved for warrents and that approx. 37mil where 144 and have recently entered the market. That might explain the way the stock has been trading.??? the rest of the shares are considered affiliate persons shares. I didnt understand what affiliat persons means and I was told that I should be able to look it up somewhere and find that out. apparently thier nasdaq controled or something. I also asked about what the exact deal was with AWS as far as shares and the restrictions that may have been placed on them and he didnt want to answer that either. I like what I see happing with this company however I did not like any of those answers. I hope I've sparked some interest or can gain some insight into some of this.
