Nobody knows anything about what was the real reason for MPI wanting to sell out to us was. Sure everybody wants to know, but why should Dan let out how it does what he does. It is his job to produce for the company and that is what he is doing. WAIT, you have never bought a car or a piece of property that was undervalued, there are stories behind every purchase and every sale. Sure, the company could have sold outright, had to pay 1. lawyers 2. real estate agents 3. closing costs 4. waited for the property to sell ( how long) then they pay taxes now on their cash, and put it into some t-bills at 6%, sure it is a solid investment. but for a risky businessman, he trades his 2.4 million for 1/2 million now, and hoping from what he knows and has seen about the company, 6,600,000.00 in two years or so, thats the risk he takes for the reward of that return. Thats the difference between the Buffets and the Ichans read it and learn it and live it and then go out in the world and live it. mitchell
