Hi Christine
This company is notorious for NOT communicating with its shareholders.Maybe the dark shadow of Colossal resources,its sister company had something to do with the sudden name change.It had a reverse 7:1 split not so long ago,and still kept going into the abyss.

I think the name change is to get away from the bad vibes investors get from the past history of Vantage. I'm sure the co would give some bs excuse such as "the new name reflects the new corporate image" or some other line. New name....same game. Check out Cachet resources, also on the VSE. Same management and property, worth watching the two to see how this play developes.
