Thanks for verfiying this article. I picked up this info on yahoo's thread and someone mentioned how the article compared the ceo to the next Bill Gates. I'm going to try and get the magazine myself. Someone here posted that "big" money is coming out of onsale. I agree that money flow was coming out yesterday and lately. But so far from what I could determine it didn't appear to be "big" money. It seems like traders and small investors. I agree the chart looks awful and maybe this is the bottom ..short term double bottom perhaps..around 21 1/2 ..and hopefully, we will start going up in anticipation of earnings. I do agree that sometimes if a stock reacts a certain way prior to earnings that in hindsight many times it was that someone knew something. I was beginning to think maybe they had to spend so much on advertising that it affected the bottom line. Time will tell. However, I keep this in perspective. IF eggs can get a big rise due to their auctioning success, then why wouldn't onsale get the same seeing they have been considered the leader of online auctioning. Right now i'm comparing onsale to the way yahoo was in november. You had several search engines competing. And you still do....but who's the leader??...I'm just throwing my thoughts out and am not necessarily interested in continuing to discuss this. 2 reasons:..I rarely post these days..I've been with SI just about since inception..and even though I've met some great people here..I have also grown tired of the emotions that come with posting. I love an intelligent discussion whether positive or negative, but I can't stand any name calling or emotional arguments going nowhere. AND secondly, it's too time consuming and I am busy making money. Now, if onsale continues this route over the next couple of weeks and has no anticipation in the stock's rise in earnings, I probably will get out. I trade and I also go long with stocks. I've traded Onsale many times and have made money on it but would like to continue to go long. However, if i see an opportunity to get out in order to buy lower, I will. Sorry, to go on and on. Time will tell..as they say...hindsight IS 20/20...and you have to remember this is a fast market when investing in internet stocks..what seems good today may not be tomorrow... regards, Irene P.S. One other thing I wanted to throw out...what about the timeshares that Onsale is suppose to be auctioning on their site?..that could be around the corner too...we could have bad news but good news overshadowing it?..have a great day! <GG>
