From what I understand the reason the WAVETOP won't run on netscape is the program itself was built around IE4. That still doesn't really answer the question of what minimal ownership gets MSFT

How does 3% ownership cut other companies out of the picture?

Also, Why would MSFT care to drive up the prices for the insiders to sell?
I would trust MSFT execs have better things to do than care about any insider at WAVO making an extra 2$ a share.

Earnings actually is scheduled to be released on July 28th.

I would recommend you cover your short position before then. Also, news is due out soon, but I haven't any dates for those releases.

WAVO has a close working relationship with MSFT. I'm guessing that MSFT doesn't really care if WAVO is compatible with Netscape or not.
