I'm referring to your note suggesting that anyone wanting to pick up MAC's portion of the tab would be looking at less than $1MM US. NOt a number that you have written before - actually it always sounded like you were gonna get the $$ that MAC owes. The drop from getting $4MM to less than $1MM is big - not to mention that it will cost how much to start the mine up ? Upwards of $750K perhaps?

Picture ain't pretty yet.

not to mention - that in a post not too long ago - you referred to the creditors that would like .10 on the $1. Who are the creditors? Just MGR or are there others? Am I wrong to assume that any $$ to come from the sale isn't necessarily coming all to MGR? What percentage of any sale would come to MGR to repay the millions that MGR has invested? 10% ? 50%? ??
What cash is in the kitty now to keep paying for the phones, faxes and lawyers as well the the office that MGR is still running?

Dave, On many days the total dollar value traded in MGR stock is less than $1000 with prices down 1 or 2 cents. Isn't there a little change in the kitty to buy the the last offer at the end of the day? Seems like the price decline is feeding on itself. Many companies buy back stock that they think is undervalued. Better yet try to get MAC to buy back to support the price. That supports their investment and presumably the price they can get for their interest in MGR.
Regards, Pete
