Yup they filed a certain form with the sec. requesting a emergency(not quite sure if it was call emerergency) shareholder meeting to discuss voting for a reverse split of no less than 1:4 and no more the 1:10. Tonight thinking if should sell tomorrow.

I have been in two reverse splits in the last month, I have been trading in penny stocks for about six months ( kinda scary isn't it) I think one of the signs I will watch for is trading large volume (buys or sells) with little or no price movement.this was a noticeable event on PKGP
