Folks: I have been looking to get away from my full service broker for a while now. Everytime I think I have a line on an on-line broker I run into comments as on this thread. I pay huge commissions, but my broker is always there...never a problem getting an order executed quickly. I mainly trade naked options which seems to rule out a lot of these on-line services right off the bat. I certainly would want a firm that can be reached by phone in case their system is acting up...or is this asking too much? Can anyone point me? Thanks sf
