I think that you are right. I think that when PUG put out the release that stated "results are expected by July 15". I take this to mean that PUG wants the news from ACA by this date. I think that this may be a slight pressure tactic by PUG to get ACA to get the mini-bulk done! If PUG did not do things like this I expect that we would still be waiting for the K14 mini-bulk results! ACA have never met any date target for any of their news releases. This looks kind of funny. Is ACA intentionally trying to knock PUG to the ground so that they can get an additional 15% at ridiculously low prices? This is why PUG introduced a poison pill to help protect their shareholders. I hope it works!
