<<PUG introduced a poison pill to help protect their shareholders. I hope it works>>

IMO...If Ashton where to manage the affairs of PUG instead of the current caretakers, it would be an improvement. Hence no 'protection' is really needed.

Do you remember back sometimes last year that Yorton trades were coming from someone close to Ashton. Meaning, last May, prior to market close on a Thursday, Yorkton had market orders to buy Ashton stock. Next day a release was out and the news turned out to be favorable. Yorkton has bought about 30% of the total volume of trades going back to Monday, July 13th, 1998. I know Art is the analyst at Yorkton and supports this play but can it be someone close to the horse's mouth trading in their wife's maiden name account or in-laws account. Regards Frank

I got to be careful what I say or how I word this because JK or Ashton may come out and flip out. For many of you who know me, I have been involved with the markets for a good two decades and like to believe I am honest. I got scammed a few times, back in the early days and like to believe I have learnt how to analyze and pick good cherries from a tree. Ashton remains a good cherry but I have a few concerns. The internet is to communicate information and should be treated only to share information/rumors and people should not believe everything they hear. Lastly, everyone should do their own DD. Here it goes.

I don't trust anybody and many of the nameless people I know who have an interest in this play are suspicious about Ashton. Fo example, the K91 results SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS LONG and should have been out by now. IMO, for whatever reason, and Kasier will probably disagree with me that Ashton is downplaying ADP. Ashton AML is controlling the method and type of information that gets released to the public. Sure, Ashton will say in public, that they are looking for a diamond mine and they disclose all that Ashton knows. It is more like they tell us what we need to know! Ladies and Gents, this is bullshit. If anybody believes this, I will sell you shares in a shell that own swamp land in Florida.

Why don't we have results from pipes that found earlier this year. According to my math, there are three left and initial counts should not take this long. If I were the president of Ashton or a major shareholder, I fire everybody for 'lack of progress'! Something is wrong with this picture. Unless, my theory is correct and they are holding on to good news BUT don't want to confirm to their competition the gem quality of Buffalo Hills. Personally, I think there is an Ashton principal who knows the results of K91 and the remaining pipes and is mandated to keep a lid by Ashton Australia, which is understandable. Once the results are available, he flies to Australia and discusses with the AML executive the results before it is made public and the Ashton Canada principal is then guided on how to word the release. Sneaky Business folks. John K, you are a smart guy but I think you should not be too naive. This is the reason why the investment group is not prepared to move in until Ashton gives as an update. In our opinion, if Ashton does not tell us more than they know and don't give us good info and are prepared to drop their market cap., we will be waiting and buying stock at cheaper prices. Again, we don't wish this but we are business people and can play the game as well. If the market likes what they hear and it brings in fresh money, we will then start buying the group's position. I continue to hold a healthy position and have been buying Ashton the past few weeks at prices under $3.00. Ashton will have a mine folks and should start sharing more detail news now so it can adjust itself to a new market cap. ie. even though the samples are not huge, they should still disclose the GEM QUALITY on the small sample. It is known, TELL THE PUBLIC. IMO, the reason they don't is that they don't want the stock to run up. I can't think of any other reason. If they word the NR correctly and disclose the fact is is ONLY a small sample, they would legally be covered if the company never does turn into a production mine. Very unlikely, IMO. That's it folks....
