You may wish to review what TSIS really does. TSIS is an interactive voice response (IVR) service company. They build applications which use a touch tone phone as an I/O device. The InvestorReach application is merely one application of IVR. If you focus entirely upon the investor information application, I believe you may overlook other very profitable applications. The GTE deal is for "value added marketing" or some similar ... check the press release if you want the exact wording ... and there are a wide number of other possible applications. And that deal (GTE) is a potentially very lucrative piece of the business. JSb.
